Description |
The most common sports injuries include medial tibial stress syndrome, patellofemoral pain, Achilles tendinopathy and plantar fasciitis/plantar heel pain. Lower limb injuries result in lost time from playing sport. Junior high athletes reported 1-3 days out of school due to injuries. Weekend warriors often become week day sufferers. Pedorthist can help optimize sports enthusiasts and reduce the risk of injuries. |
